Laur Ryan

Laur Ryan is a Limerick-bred photographer turned Dublin import. Having begun photography as a hobby, Laur was brought on board by the lovely folk at ilovelimerick.com at the tender age of 16 and has been in the media industry ever since. Four years later, having luckily survived many photographer stampedes and screaming pre-teen fangirls, Laur has turned to live music photography while she studies for a B.A. in English Literature & Art History at University College Dublin.

Laur also dabbles in music journalism, writing gig reviews and has a weekly column, “Irish Band of the Week”, available on our main page. When not hugging concert security or battling her fear of falling into the trap door in the photographers pit at The Olympia, Laur is available for all sorts of press and events photography, and promotional band shoots.
